Ceramic Hose
Hardwall ceramic hoses combine the strength and flexibility of rubber mining hoses with the superior abrasion resistance of ceramic linings. It is a straight pipe with a degree of flexibility for both suction and discharge services.
Ceramic hoses are designed for applications with severe wet sliding wear and erosion that can quickly wear out conventional rubber mining hoses.
Fine-grained alumina tiles are integrated into rubber using a thermal vulcanization process. This creates a seamless surface so the tiles cannot debond. Embedded in rubber means the tiles absorb and dissipate impact, while FENGCHI reinforced rubber absorbs noise and vibration.
